ERAC focuses on the development and execution of international, regional and local policy of (semi) public authorities. For more than 15 years, ERAC links policy objectives with external funding, originally mainly focused on European Structural Funds.
We are involved in the set up, execution and evaluation of European (regional) development programs and have become an authority in this field of expertise in the Netherlands and abroad.
Our specialism, programme wise working is an approach that is commonly used for the implementation of European programs. But programme wise working can also be used as an approach for national and regional programs. Thus, ERAC is specialized in shaping, managing and evaluating programs and projects that come from European, national and regional funding or development programs. We are contracted by ministries, provinces, municipalities, water boards, semi-public organizations, regional cooperation organizations, branch organization and European institutions. Also, the European Commission and European Parliament make use of the knowledge and experience of ERAC. We are experienced in the following subjects: labor market, knowledge & innovation, internationalization, urban policies and rural development.
The objective of regional policy is economic and social development. To this end, organizations have to cooperate and work with partners on distinguishing and strong projects with a regional impact. The search for and use of the right external funding (European, national and regional) offers partners substantially more means. To successfully execute and implement these programs and projects, the management of the process and finance is of significant importance.
